Throughout November, Hussong’s Mexican Cantina and Slice of Vegas are honoring veterans with a monthlong dining initiative supporting Service Dogs of Southern Nevada. Veterans can also continue to enjoy the restaurants’ usual 15% discount on their bill.
From November 1 through 30, guests can help by ordering the featured appetizers:
- Hussong’s Mexican Cantina: $1 donated for every Diablo Shrimp appetizer
- Slice of Vegas: $1 donated for every Garlic Knots appetizer
On Wednesday, November 4 at 11:30 a.m., Hussong’s Henderson location will host a lunch with Service Dogs of Southern Nevada to spotlight the organization’s work.
Service Dogs of Southern Nevada is a Henderson-based nonprofit that pairs trained service dogs with veterans, first responders, and individuals with disabilities, including those with PTSD and mobility challenges.
“The courage and commitment of our veterans deserve to be recognized,” said Marko Greisen, CEO of Titan Brands Hospitality Group.
