More than 2,000 Clark County students are expected at CSN’s North Las Vegas campus next Friday for Construction Career Day 2026, an annual event connecting middle and high school students with construction professionals, employers, and educators.
Running from 9:30 a.m. to noon on October 23, the event gives students hands-on access to construction technology, tools, and equipment, plus direct conversations with industry professionals about careers in construction, engineering, architecture, public works, and construction management. The event is hosted by the Nevada Contractors Association in collaboration with CSN’s School of Advanced and Applied Technologies and helps connect middle and high school students to contractors and others.
Activities are expected to include drone flights and planetarium programming alongside CSN program demonstrations.
For contractors and industry partners, it’s also a chance to connect with the next generation of Nevada’s workforce.
