A group of reality TV singing competition alumni came together in Las Vegas recently to record a new version of the classic holiday anthem “Do They Know It’s Christmas?” and every stream will generate a donation for Cure 4 The Kids Foundation, which provides treatment to children battling cancer and rare diseases.
The recording session took place at the Electric Shop Recording Studio and the accompanying video shot at Worre Studio in Las Vegas. The song and music video drop November 2, 2026, and will be available on Spotify, Apple Music, Amazon Music, and other major platforms.
The lineup of artists includes American Idol finalists Mackenzie Sol, Drew Ryn, Maryjo Young, Amanda Barise, and Samoan Silkk; The Voice finalist Sadie Dahl; former Why Don’t We member Jonah Marais; and singer and TikTok creator Peng Peng Lee. Well-known Las Vegas ventriloquist and impressionist Terry Fator is also involved in the video project. The project was produced under the creative direction of Mitchell Koulouris, Cure 4 The Kids Foundation’s Digital Marketing and Social Media Director, with new lyrics written to reflect hope for children facing the toughest battles of their lives.
The release builds on C4K’s track record of award-winning holiday collaborations. The foundation’s 2023 recording of “Happy Xmas (Cancer’s Over)” — featuring Nick Carter and American Idol casting producer Kyle Khou — earned a Pacific Southwest Emmy® Award, a World Entertainment Award, and a Cannes Lion Award.
Save the date: November 2, 2026. Stream it, share it, and help Southern Nevada’s kids know the music world is behind them.
