The largest annual workforce development conference in the nation is moving to Las Vegas in 2026, marking the first time in more than thirty years the National Association of Workforce Boards (NAWB) “The Forum” will be held in a city other than Washington D.C.
The Forum 2026 will be held at The Cosmopolitan on March 23-26, 2026. More than a thousand workforce development professionals from across the country are expected to attend.
NAWB represents and advocates for the nation’s more than 580 workforce development boards, which coordinate with business and economic development stakeholders to administer regional workforce programs that meet the needs of job seekers, businesses, and communities.
“Having Las Vegas host The Forum in 2026 will be historic.” said Workforce Connections Executive Director Jaime Cruz. “We will be able to showcase the economic diversity and innovative workforce initiatives happening in Southern Nevada while also highlighting fabulous Las Vegas.” Cruz also serves on NAWB’s Board of Directors and Executive Committee.
The change of city announcement was made during this year’s The Forum, held March 29 – April 1, 2025, in Washington D.C.
