On Thursday, March 23, 2017, thousands of Nevadans are encouraged to take part in the 6th Annual Nevada’s Big Give. Donors across Nevada will join together to support their favorite causes and discover new organizations with secure, online donations of $5 or more for 24 hours of online giving to support to several organizations in Nevada that improve our community.
Powered by United Way of Southern Nevada and NevadaGIVES, Nevada’s Big Give promotes personal giving to all of the State’s participating nonprofits and schools, and every donation made will help participating organizations qualify for cash prizes, furthering the impact of every dollar. Every registered 501(c)(3) organization in Nevada and Clark County School District schools are invited to sign up and receive donations at NVBigGive.org.
To date, Nevada’s Big Give has raised just over $2 million for nearly 500 Nevada charities from over 15,000 unique donors, with a goal to engage 7,000 donors in 2017. The goal of Nevada’s Big Give is to make charitable giving easy, accessible, and fun so Nevada’s nonprofit organizations, our community safety nets, can grow and thrive.
