Rachel’s Kitchen is turning 20, and Southern Nevada is invited to celebrate and also support Project 150.
Founder Debbie Roxarzade opened her first location on September 1, 2006, in south Summerlin, serving fresh pastas, wraps, salads, and smoothies. Two decades later, Rachel’s Kitchen has grown into a valley-wide favorite with multiple locations — and one in Frisco, Texas.
“It’s been an amazing and challenging two decades,” said Roxarzade. “We’ve been through the Las Vegas boom, an economic downturn, a pandemic, and a resurgence. Now we’re looking ahead to more opportunities thanks to a great team and amazing fans.”
Throughout September, Rachel’s Kitchen will offer food specials and give customers the chance to round up their purchase at the register on designated dates, with proceeds benefiting Project 150 — a local nonprofit supporting high school students facing housing and financial challenges.
