If arachnids give you the creeps, this might be the exhibit that changes your mind. The Art & Science of Arachnids — America’s largest touring arachnid exhibition — is on display at the Las Vegas Science & Natural History Museum through August 23.
The interactive exhibit features live animal encounters in safe educational enclosures, larger-than-life sculptures, and immersive art exploring how spiders, scorpions, and their relatives have influenced ecosystems, medicine, folklore, and film. It’s included with general museum admission.
Every Friday at noon, museum staff lead a free Arachnid Talk! program with hands-on demonstrations and close-up observations.
General admission is $14 for adults, $12 for students, seniors, and military, and $7 for children ages 3–11. Nevada resident discounts available. The museum is open daily 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at 900 Las Vegas Blvd N.
Tickets at lvnhm.org.
