Two of Las Vegas’ most beloved family destinations are joining forces for a weekend event that brings the magic of the circus to the children’s museum.
DISCOVERY Children’s Museum and Mystère by Cirque du Soleil are presenting “A Mystère-ious Experience” on Saturday, May 30 and Sunday, May 31 — a museum-wide takeover featuring live performances, hands-on art activities, and interactive demonstrations inspired by Cirque du Soleil’s iconic Las Vegas production.
Don’t miss the highlight of the weekend: On Saturday, May 30 at 1:00 p.m., Mystère artists will perform live in DISCOVERY Hall, followed by a Q&A session. This is a one-time performance, so plan accordingly.
Throughout both days, families can also catch scheduled presentations including The Science of Special Effects, Sounds Lights Action, Theater Games, and a Puppet Show. Ongoing drop-in activities include puppet making, costume design, mask making, kinetic art, and acrobatic figure design. Giveaways and Mystère ticket prizes will be available while supplies last.
Everything is included with general museum admission.
The Details:
- Saturday, May 30 — 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- Sunday, May 31 — 12:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- DISCOVERY Children’s Museum, 360 Promenade Place, Las Vegas, NV 89106
The collaboration also marks the launch of Mystère Family Night, a new ongoing program at the Cirque du Soleil show every Monday and Tuesday (early performance) through December 31, 2026, where families can purchase a child ticket and receive added perks.
