MGM Resorts Hiring On The Spot at the One-Stop Career Center through August 5

Nevada’s Largest Employer Hiring for High-Demand Jobs

A team of MGM Resorts hiring managers will hire qualified job seekers on the spot at the One-Stop Career Center at 6330 W. Charleston Blvd. Suite 190 from Monday, August 2, to Thursday, August 5, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

This is the first time a major employer has been embedded within a local One-Stop Career Center for an extended period to talk to job seekers face-to-face about open positions, interview candidates, and immediately extend job offers. Appointments are not necessary.

“Our goal is to bring job opportunities directly to the community and make it easy to learn about careers within MGM Resorts,” said Wanda Gispert, MGM Resorts International Regional Vice President of Talent and Workforce Development. “Sometimes, all it takes is a conversation to match someone’s skills with the right job.”

MGM hiring managers have been on-site at the One-Stop Career Center since Monday, July 26, 2021, and have already extended multiple job offers. They are specifically looking to hire for:

Guest Room Attendants
Security Officers
Retail Positions
Lifeguards
Hosts / Hostesses
Cooks
Laundry Attendants
Fountain Workers (Baristas/Drink Servers)

Through federal funding, One-Stop Career Centers offer no-cost resume reviews, interview help, job search assistance, as well as opportunities for training and education.
