It’s November and that means it’s Adopt a Senior Pet Month!
At Homeward Bound Cat Adoptions, nearly a dozen older feline companions are waiting to meet you—and we’ve got a special Seniors-for-Seniors promotion, where humans age 65+ can adopt a senior cat age 10+ for FREE! Prefer a younger adult cat? Seniors get $20 off the standard adult cat adoption fee! It all happens through Sunday, November 16. Standard adoption policies apply.
Don’t let their age or couch potato personality fool you!For many people, adopting an older pet has a big advantage over a younger one. With age comes experience, often making these older guys and gals champion snugglers and polite family members. They just want someone to love them! Not to mention, just like a fine wine, they get better with age!

Meg, age 10: A calm and affectionate lady with gentle spirit and a huge heart who loves quiet moments and cuddly naps!
Waylem, age 10: A sleek and soulful sweetheart who is equal parts independent and loving—he’s a great lap warmer!
Ninja, age 10: A confident gal with a wise gaze and a heart of gold. She’s the perfect companion for peaceful days!
Claire, age 10: A graceful Siamese beauty with stunning blue eyes, a gentle spirit, and a love for cozy naps, quiet company, and soft pets.
To adopt, visit Homeward Bound at 2675 East Flamingo Road in Las Vegas, open daily from 12 noon until 6 pm.
All cats have been spayed or neutered, vaccinated, and microchipped. Many adult cats have also had additional health exams or medical care, as needed, to ensure their quality of life is good as they move into the Golden Years.
