Cox Communications has opened its 15th Cox Innovation Lab in partnership with Boys & Girls Clubs of Southern Nevada.
Made possible by a $25,000 donation from Cox, the lab is located at Donald W. Reynolds Clubhouse in Henderson and includes laptops, 3D printers, modern furniture and high-speed internet provided by Cox, creating a safe, inspiring place where kids can learn, create and connect. The two-story Reynolds Clubhouse is also home to a Cox Innovation Lab for younger members that opened in 2022.
“Our members continue to benefit from Cox’s decades-long technology commitment to our organization,” said Boys & Girls of Southern Nevada President and CEO Andy Bischel. “Cox’s grants help establish new innovation labs, update existing labs, and provide the technology and tools for each.”
Designed to help young people build digital skills, explore new interests and prepare for the future, Cox Innovation Labs are the cornerstone of Boys & Girls Clubs of America’s Club Tech Initiative.
