The Siegel Group, through its charity Siegel Cares, is partnering with the JET Foundation to sponsor and host 14 community resource fairs throughout 2022.
Each fair will be held at one of the more than 20 Siegel Suites® and Siegel Select® properties in Southern Nevada.
The JET Foundation will deliver 10,000 to 13,000 pounds of shelf-stable, fresh, and frozen food options as well as other basic-need items such as hygiene products, cleaning supplies, and pet food to all Siegel residents at each fair.
“With this partnership, we are bringing community resources directly to our resident’s front door,” said Tim Mullin, Director of Community Relations for The Siegel Group. “During this pandemic so many in our community are struggling to make ends meet. These fairs will help connect our residents with much-needed supplies to get them back on their feet.”
The fairs will also provide Siegel residents with COVID-19 vaccinations, medical screenings, access to Medicare and Medicaid providers, workforce development and job training programs, and educational services among other community resources.
“We are strategizing to make this a year of growth by tailoring services and resources to all those we impact,” said Dr. Jeffery Thompkins, Executive Director of the JET Foundation. “Hopefully, we can make this a year to remember for all the residents of the properties we service. Through our collection of programs and community partnerships we will work to change the life trajectory of these residents.”
The media is also invited to any of the other 13 resource fairs. All events will start at 9:00 a.m. and continue until supplies last. Dates and locations are listed below.

Since The Siegel Group began operating the company has set aside funding every year for the purpose of helping its residents.
Launched in 2014, Siegel Cares, the 501c3, philanthropic arm of The Siegel Group, now oversee all charitable activities and resident support services for the company. Siegel Cares’ mission is to create opportunities, build connections, and develop access to community resources to bring a sense of community to the neighborhoods in and around The Siegel Group’s properties.
Some of these efforts include Holiday toy drives, Thanksgiving turkey giveaways, hosting community events such as health and wellness fairs, workforce development activations, food distributions, neighborhood clean-ups, and other resident-support programming and activities.
