The Foundation Assisting Seniors™ is hosting its 14th Annual Charity Golf Tournament at Revere Golf Club on Monday, May 29, 2017 from 7:30 am – 3 pm. Revere Golf Club is located at 2600 Hampton Rd., Henderson, NV 89052. The money raised during the tournament will provide funding for the foundation’s programs to improve the overall quality of life of seniors in the community by ensuring that they remain as safe and comfortable as possible as they age in their homes.
The event begins at 7:30 a.m. with a “Shotgun” start and will include a four-person scramble. Players are encouraged to sign up as an individual or as a team, with a cost of $100 per player. There will be many contests throughout the duration of the event and will conclude with an award luncheon where more than 100 raffle prizes ranging from vacation packages to dinner gift certificates will be given away.

The “Bronze” package ($250) includes a tee sign on each hole and company name listed in the program.
The “Silver” package ($800) includes a foursome in the tournament, a tee sign on each hole, half page ad in the program and website link.
The “Gold” package ($1300) includes two foursomes in the tournament, a full-page program ad, tee sign on each hole and website link.
