Registration is now open at spin4 crohn’s & colitis cures
Spin enthusiasts of all ages—and abilities—are invited to pedal with a purpose by participating in the 2024 spin4 crohn’s & colitis cures event presented by Bank of Nevada and Storage One on April 19, 2024.
The spin4 crohn’s & colitis cures event, held at TruFusion – Downtown Summerlin, is not just a high-energy party on a bike. It’s a gathering of individuals united by a common goal to make a difference in the lives of those affected by IBD. Every dollar raised through this event is a step closer to accelerating research, improving treatments, and one day, finding a cure.
Registration is just $25 per person and can be completed online. Participants are encouraged to gather donations to make their ride even more impactful for those affected by the debilitating condition. There will be four guided spin sessions, each lasting 45 minutes, beginning at 4 p.m., 5 p.m., 6 p.m., and 7 p.m. Riders choose their preferred time when completing registration, based on availability.
“We are so thankful that our mission and our event continue to attract a wide range of community members, spin participants, and those affected by IBD,” said Jennifer Campbell, executive director of the Nevada Chapter of the Crohn’s & Colitis Foundation. “Because IBD is a life-long and life-changing condition, the public’s support is essential in providing the resources and research that lead to breakthrough treatments.”
The spin4 crohn’s & colitis cures event is hosted by the Nevada Chapter of the Crohn’s & Colitis Foundation, the leading organization focused on research and patient support for IBD. A portion of the spin4 crohn’s & colitis cures event will support the Kirk Kerkorian School of Medicine at UNLV to help expand resources for IBD patients in Southern Nevada.
“We support this event in honor of our team members who face challenges every day due to their IBD,” said Bob Cerminaro, division CEO of Bank of Nevada. “Our support, combined with that of many others in the community, will lead to greater awareness, better research, and, someday, a cure.”
Again this year, the Marshall Family Philanthropic Fund will increase the event’s impact by matching the funds raised to $100,000.
TruFusion – Downtown Summerlin is located at 1870 Festival Plaza Drive, #200, Las Vegas, NV 89135.
