New Vista, the largest nonprofit provider of Supported Living Arrangements for individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) in Nevada, hosted a dedication ceremony alongside HomeAid Southern Nevada to celebrate the completion of four home renovations at New Vista Ranch.
The project, which aimed to provide safe, clean, and dignified housing for New Vista residents, kicked off in 2020. Utilizing an estimated $200,000 in in-kind donations, it was constructed and funded by local builders Woodside Homes, Shea Homes, Toll Brothers, and D.R. Horton.
A total of 16 individuals will be placed in the four renovated homes.
