Las Vegas Monorail Host’s “Sound Check 3,”
The world’s only silent rave aboard the Las Vegas Monorail returns for “Sound Check 3,” the third installment of this popular event. Once again, the versatile and convenient Las Vegas Strip transportation company has teamed up with nightlife enthusiasts YAYFRIENDS! in association with CVLT Photo, MNDST Productions and ZEROdB to offer an on-train private disco dance party where attendees wear headphones that tune into the DJ’s spinning tracks.
Proceeds from this event will be donated to the National Association of the Deaf. Sound Check was developed to provide the ability for the hearing impaired to restore music in their lives while enriching the local music community. More than 200 participants are expected to join the event.
Participants can join the event for as little or as long as they would like. Event begins at Harrah’s/ The LINQ Monorail Station (this is where guests exchange their donation and driver’s license for Sound Check 3’s special wireless headphones).
Local fares require valid Nevada ID and may be purchased at all Monorail customer service ticketing offices, which are open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. at the following stations: Bally’s/ Paris; Flamingo; Harrah’s/ The LINQ; Westgate; and SLS Las Vegas; ticketing offices inside the MGM Grand and Harrah’s remain open until 9 p.m.
