Credit One Bank, a Las Vegas-based financial services company, volunteered with Make-A-Wish Southern Nevada to grant three-year-old Eva the princess bedroom of her dreams.
Volunteers from Credit One Bank spent the day building furniture, decorating, installing a chandelier and more, just in time for Disney’s World Princess week. To finish the day, the whimsical bedroom was revealed to Eva, who then proceeded to hold a tea party for her family.
Credit One Bank was able to provide the volunteers to assist with the wish while a Make-A-Wish donor covered the financial cost of fulfilling the wish.
“We’re so proud of our customer service team to have taken the opportunity to volunteer their time and services to such an incredible organization within our community and making Eva’s wish come true,” said Todd Mayhew, senior vice president of human resources at Credit One Bank.
Make-A-Wish Southern Nevada creates wishes for children with critical illnesses, giving them the hope, physical and emotional strength they need to make a recovery. Last year, Make-A-Wish granted over 8,800 wishes across the United States and its territories.
