Join Assistance League of Las Vegas for the highly anticipated 2025 Authors Luncheon on February 22, 2025, at the nonprofit’s headquarters at 6466 W. Charleston Blvd., Las Vegas.
The 2025 Authors Luncheon will feature four distinguished local authors, a variety of vendors, a silent auction, and tours of the Chapter Facility.
Tickets are now available at ALLV.org for $85 per person (plus credit card processing fees), and sponsorships are available. Proceeds will directly benefit Assistance League’s multiple philanthropic programs that serve thousands of children and adults in the Las Vegas community.
The event will begin with check-in at 9 a.m., allowing guests to explore the vendors, participate in the silent auction, and enjoy guided tours of the chapter facility, including Operation School Bell®.
The program featuring the authors will begin at 10 a.m., followed by a delightful luncheon. The event will provide an opportunity to engage with the authors and learn more about their works. The luncheon is expected to conclude at 1 p.m.
This year’s featured authors include:
- Bob Miller, author of “Son of a Gambling Man”
- Geoff Schumacher, author of “Sun, Sin and Suburbia – The History of Modern Las Vegas”
- Kim Foster, author of “The Meth Lunches: Food and Longing in an American City”
