Access to quality medical services in downtown Las Vegas is hard to find; and access to quality medical care for the LGBTQ community is difficult at best.
The Arlene Cooper Health Center will help bridge that gap.
On November 12, 2021, The Center unveiled the new sign for the Cooper Health Center and acknowledged partners who have paved the way for the Center to soon bring a pharmacy and a federally qualified health center to the neighborhood.
A number of services are available at the health center including HIV testing and counseling. The clinic accepts most health insurance including Nevada Medicaid and offers a sliding scale fee for uninsured clients. Additional information about the clinic – including operating hours – can be found at https://thecenterlv.org/wellness/
